It’s very important to draw a picture of yourself and work on it. If you are not happy about it—do something!

Stop blaming others because no one will help you except yourself. Start taking real action now and STOP procrastination.

Well, here is Teresa—she has been training with me for about two years now. It’s no longer just a weight loss journey!

We have been working on body composition and building lean muscle to look more toned and strong. This requires consistency in training and eating well.

She is a brave and determined woman, staying committed all this time without giving up! She never makes excuses to stop training or take unnecessary breaks.

Honestly, I’m really proud of her! She is a great example of being consistent and determined.
